Part I: Constructing a Database Using MS Excel
The Challenge: In-house staff at the ABC Digital Marketing Agency needed help consolidating the amount of time it took to send marketing pieces. They needed a more efficient way to organize customer contact information and send out mailing items quickly.
The Solution: I designed a 3-part course to help the staff create a customer database, mailing labels, and customized letters. This training solution reduced processing time by 60%.
Project Highlights: Part I focuses on the creation of a database which houses all of the customer information as well as the basics of Excel. This course is designed using a variety of interactions including accordions, flip cards, tabs, custom graphics, and hands-on system practice.

Introduction to Design Thinking
The Challenge: Several new designers joined the team through a company acquisition. The ABC Company needed to level-set all of the designers by making sure they were working from the same set of standard principles that the existing team had already been employing.
The Solution: I designed a refresher course to establish a baseline of knowledge for newly acquired designers.
Project Highlights: I created a custom template for this course and focused on the 5 key elements of design thinking. This course is designed using a variety of animations and interactions including accordions, branching, click to reveals, hot spots, and check your understanding quizzes.
